We're not exactly naturalists, master gardeners, biologists or card-carrying conservationists.
We're a pretty average sub-urban family whose mom, with a friend from Holland, stumbled across some amazing wildflowers in one of Ontario's wildflower wonderlands - the Bruce Peninsula. That was back in the early 1990s. A couple of field guides later and a pledge to see all provincial flower emblems explain the rest of this on-going tale.
